虚拟世界是人们通过自己的替身（avatar）沉浸在其中与他人交往并共同创造人工环境的三维感性世界，可称为“人联网”，现以美国的Second Life为代表。“物联网”则是将人工物全方位传感连接并通过互联网对物的系统实施监控和操纵的网络，各种政府和非政府力量正在大力建设之中。“人联网”与“物联网”一旦整合起来，一个全新的文明形态就会形成，传统哲学中的世界本性问题、人格同一问题、伦理和法理问题等等，就会成为实践者必须直接面对的基本问题，对实践问题的回答，必须以康德“人是目的”的价值原则为出发点，不然我们就有可能本末倒置彻底迷失。

Visual world is an interactive 3D virtual environment, where the users take the form of avatars to interact with one another and use and create objects. It may be termed “internet of people”, which is represented by an American game “Second Life”. “The Internet of thing” refers to the network where physical objects are seamlessly integrated into the information network, which in turn, is used to monitor and manipulate the system of objects. Both governments and nongovernmental communities around the world are striving to promote its formation. Once the “people” and the “thing” are integrated, a whole new form of civilization will take shape, and the traditional philosophical problems such as the origin of the world, personal identity, and other ethical and legal problems brought with it will definitely be an inevitable subject for those practitioners. The discussions on this issue must be grounded on the principle of “Human beings are the ends” brought up by Kant. Otherwise, we are very likely to lose ourselves because of the confusion of the means and the ends.

此次活动李消非将介绍他近两年创作的两个录像项目。第一个录像项目是“2000后－山花烂漫时，她在丛中笑”（After 2000 - When the mountain flowers are in full bloom She will smile mingling in their midst.），该项目是艺术家在不同国家对小孩子进行的采访，作品包含着大量的信息，作品的社会学意义上的价值也构成了广义的政治意义。第二个录像项目是“流水线”，作品通过流水线上各阶层的人对工作、环境、日常生活的讲述来探讨每个个体在不同背景下的普遍性问题。同时，艺术家将与嘉宾就作品创作和艺术家在世界各地驻地的感受进行深入的对谈。

Li Xiaofei will present his two video projects produced in the last two years. As for the first project titled After 2000- when the mountain flowers are in full boom, she will smile mingling in their midst , the artist interviewed a number of children in different countries. This video contained much information, and its sociological value also gave some political meanings from a general perspective. The second project Flow Production Line depicted that people from various positions of factory line narrated their jobs, living environment and their daily lives, which the artist aimed to explore the generality problems among individuals from different background. Moreover, there will be a conversation between the artist and the guest speaker about Li’s art works and his international artist residency experience.

这个项目旨在发现图像及其表象之下的权利和政治，当然这与我们惯常认知的政治有着本质的区别，因为艺术将这一关系拆解和替代为一种视觉文化和暗喻的关系，图像的政治正是对今天文化在标志性、引导性图像方面所做出的回应，其中涉及到惯常生活中出现的场景、电影画面和网络图像，在这些错综复杂的图像关系中，也许我们可以发现某种存在的或许是合理的，但也许这一存在本身也昭示着某种潜在的侵犯和不平等。最后图像政治试图讨论如何打破这一预设，并基于艺术上的创作来摆脱限制。

This project aims to discover the power and politics underneath image and its appearance, while this very politics holds an essential difference with the politics we usually know, because art takes apart this relationship and replace it with another one of visual culture and metaphor. Image politics is the exact respond to today’s culture in aspect of symbolic, leading images, include daily scenery, film picture and net image. Among these complex image relationships, maybe we can locate some existence which is reasonable, while the existence itself may declare a certain aggression and unequal. Image politics intends to discuss about how to break this assumption, to escape the limitations on the base of art creation.
